Only refills of your pet's medications can be requested with online refill request form. In accordance with state regulations all pets must have been seen by a licensed veterinarian within the past calendar year. Up to three prescriptions plus flea and heartworm prevention can be ordered at one time per pet. Your prescription can then be mailed to you or picked up at Parkville Heights Animal Hospital. All mailed refill requests will have a $10.50 s/h fee assessed in most cases (oversized orders may vary). For all delivery requests, a veterinary staff member will call you to confirm the order and final bill. If sent by mail, the order must be paid by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) prior to shipment. No deferred billing is available.
